So I'm guessing if you're reading this review you've read the first one. If by any chance you haven't read the first book check my review out for it HERE.

So this book obviously follows on with Light's journey of having the Death Note and using it to stop the evil in the world. However this book takes a twist whereby Light seems to use it for not only criminals but to save his own ass.

I'm personally really enjoyed this book so far I think it's actually really great and just the writing and plot is so capturing. The illustrations are also super awesome and I actually really love them. I honestly didn't know what to expect going into these books but I really do love this series thus far.

I love Light's intelligence that I feel he's picked up from his father. I also get this weird vibe from him that he's not actually not psychologically stable and in a maybe mentally disturbed in some way. I don't know why, it's probably me just analyzing every little thing but that's how I feel. I really like the Death God that follows him around, I just find him super funny at times and just so random. I love it.

Is it just me or do Light and L look a lot alike? And the whole Light and L this is kinda blowing my mind at the moment. I'm wondering if it has anything to do with the story or if it's just a coincidence. I guess I'll find out sooner or later.

Pick up these books if you haven't already. you wont regret it.
